1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Coco's Academy (the "Service"), operated by Wolf Pak Strategies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wolf Pak Strategies LLC. Use of the Service by any individual, organization, automated system, or software agent constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Coco's Academy is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform providing interactive question banks, tutoring responses, diagnostic assessments, and study tools for certification and licensing examinations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for individual human students engaging in personal, non-commercial educational use.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the Service, including but not limited to questions, answer choices, explanations, audio files, video content, diagnostic logic, adaptive curriculum sequences, AI-generated tutoring responses, question bank structure, and metadata (collectively, "Content") is the exclusive intellectual property of Wolf Pak Strategies LLC and is protected by United States copyright law, international copyright treaties, and related laws.
Copyright Notice: The Coco's Academy question bank and associated content has been registered with the United States Copyright Office as a literary collection. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use may subject violators to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed under 17 U.S.C. Section 504(c)(2), plus attorney's fees.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the term of your active subscription. This license does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Content in any form
- Sell, license, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any Content
- Create derivative works based on any Content
- Download, export, or systematically extract any portion of the Content
- Use the Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
- Publish, transmit, or distribute Content to any third party
4. Prohibited Activities and Anti-Scraping Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms and may constitute violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. Section 1030), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other applicable laws:
4.1 Automated Access and Scraping
Zero-tolerance policy: Any automated, programmatic, or non-human access to the Service or its APIs is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Wolf Pak Strategies LLC.
- Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, macro, browser plugin, or other automated means to access, collect, copy, or extract Content
- Using any data mining, data harvesting, data extraction, or data gathering tools on the Service
- Using headless browsers, browser automation frameworks (including but not limited to Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, or similar tools) to access the Service
- Systematically retrieving Content from the Service to create or populate a database, index, or competing service
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical measures the Company uses to protect Content, including rate limiting, bot detection, CAPTCHA, or access controls
- Using proxies, VPNs, IP rotation, or other techniques to disguise the origin of automated requests or evade rate limits
- Using the Service's APIs in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by the Company
- Submitting the Service's Content, output, or question data to any third-party AI training dataset, model training pipeline, or machine learning system
4.2 Other Prohibited Activities
- Accessing accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure
- Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code into the Service
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service or its servers
- Sharing account credentials with any third party
- Using the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Service
5. Rate Limits and Usage Quotas
To ensure Service quality for all legitimate users and to protect against automated abuse, the Service enforces the following usage limits. These limits are calibrated to the maximum realistic capacity of a human student and are not intended to restrict any legitimate educational use:

Exceeding these limits is strong evidence of automated or scripted access. Accounts that repeatedly exceed rate limits will be automatically suspended pending review. The Company reserves the right to modify rate limits at any time without notice.
6. Enforcement and Remedies
Violation of Section 4 (Prohibited Activities) or Section 5 (Rate Limits) may result in, without limitation:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund
- Blocking of your IP address and all associated IP ranges
- Legal action seeking injunctive relief, actual damages, and/or statutory damages
- Referral to relevant law enforcement agencies
- Public disclosure of infringement activity as permitted by law
The Company actively monitors the Service for scraping activity and maintains detailed logs of all access events, including IP addresses, request patterns, timing, and user agent strings, which may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
You agree that a violation of Section 4 would cause irreparable harm to the Company for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that the Company is entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, without the requirement of posting a bond.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
One account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or suspensions is prohibited and grounds for permanent ban of all associated accounts.

Unlike physical products, educational services cannot be "returned" because the
learning has already taken place. After a 3-day period of access, the student
has received substantial value that cannot be recovered or reversed.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLF PAK STRATEGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property rights.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
13. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
