All founding member purchases are final. No refunds are issued except as specified in the service discontinuation clause below. By completing your purchase you agree to these terms.
1. What You Are Purchasing
A founding member purchase grants you one of the following, depending on the tier selected:
Single Access ($99): One account seat with full access to the Coco's Academy platform for a period of three (3) years from your account activation date.
Dual Access ($149): Two independent account seats, each with full access to the Coco's Academy platform for a period of three (3) years from each seat's activation date.
This is a one-time prepaid access purchase, not a subscription. No recurring charges will be billed during the three-year period.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Founding member purchases are final and non-refundable under all circumstances except as described in Section 5 (Service Discontinuation). This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to activate your account within the activation window
Non-use or partial use of the service during the prepaid period
Dissatisfaction with features, content, or platform changes
Account termination due to violation of the Terms of Service
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without basis will result in permanent account termination.
3. The Founding Member Discount Rate
After your three-year prepaid period ends, your account transitions to the standard billing cycle at a permanent 50% discount off the then-current regular price.
Definition of "permanent" and "lifetime": The 50% founding member discount rate is valid for as long as Coco's Academy operates as a paid service under Wolf Pak Strategies LLC. It is not a guarantee of service existence in perpetuity. The discount rate is tied to the continued operation of the platform. If the platform ceases to operate, the discount ceases with it.
The discount cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or applied to any other account. It applies to the single account (or two accounts, for dual-access purchasers) associated with the original purchase email.
4. Access Period and Activation
Your three-year access period begins on the date you activate your account, not the date of purchase.
You will receive an email notification 30 days before your prepaid period ends so you can decide whether to continue at the founding member discount rate.
If you do not act at the end of the three-year period, your account will be paused (not deleted). Reactivation restores your 50% founding member rate.
5. Service Discontinuation
Wolf Pak Strategies LLC commits to the following in the event Coco's Academy is discontinued:
Founding members will receive a minimum of 90 days' written notice via the email address on their account before the service is terminated.
A pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the three-year prepaid period remaining at the time of discontinuation, calculated on a monthly basis.
Example: if 18 months of your 36-month period remain, you receive a refund of 50% of your purchase price.
This is the only circumstance under which a refund is issued.
6. Account Rules
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, shared publicly, gifted, or used by anyone other than the registered account holder.
Dual-access accounts provide two fully independent accounts. The two seat holders have no visibility into each other's activity.
Sessions are device-verified. Logging in from a new location requires email verification.
Accounts found to be shared, broadcast, or resold will be terminated without refund.
7. Platform Changes
Coco's Academy reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features, exam tracks, and content at any time. The founding member rate guarantees discounted access to the platform as it exists and evolves — it does not guarantee the continuation of any specific feature, exam track, or content item.
