- Each purchase uses one founding member spot, whether you buy single or dual. Dual gives you two independent seats from one spot.
- Each seat is locked to one verified email address and is non-transferable.
- Coco's Academy uses passwordless email login — a one-time code is sent to your verified email when you sign in. Additional verification may be required when logging in from a new device or unusual location.
- Dual-access ($149) provides two fully independent accounts, each with its own verified email. The two seats have no visibility into each other.
- Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, publicly shared, resold, or used to redistribute Coco's Academy content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund, subject to applicable law.

- After year 3: you will receive an email 30 days before your prepaid period ends with the option to renew. Single access renews at $99/year, dual access at $149/year — your rate locked in for as long as Coco's Academy operates as a paid service. Coco's Academy will not charge you again unless you choose to renew.
- The founding member renewal rate remains available for as long as Coco's Academy operates as a paid service and your account remains active and in good standing.
- If full founding member access is not available by September 1, 2026, you may keep your founding membership and wait, or request a full refund before access begins.
- In the unlikely event Coco's Academy discontinues service, founding members receive a minimum of 90 days' written notice and a pro-rated refund for any unused advance period remaining.
- This policy is part of your purchase record and is binding on Wolf Pak Strategies LLC.
